La Maddalena is a common of the North-East of Sardinia, and consists of seven main islands (La Maddalena, Caprera, Santo Stefano, Spargi, Budelli, Santa Maria, Razzoli) and other smaller islands.
The town, dating back to seven hundred, and located in the south of the main island is facing Palau.
The dominant characteristics of the coasts are the coastlines of nature and jagged granite with rias and cliffs, small beaches of particular colour as the pink beach of Budelli.
