Cancellation at Hotel Excelsior La Maddalena

Bookings made through our web site are completed as you enter your credit card to guarantee your reservation.
Once the reservation is accepted you will receive an email confirmation from our Booking Office.

Cancellation Policy

Bookings must be cancelled by 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid a penalty of one night room rate.
We will assess a fee of one night of your room charge if you cancel after this deadline, and in case of no-show (unless differently specified in the policy of a selected promotion).

HOW TO CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION

If you need to cancel or change your travel plans, you can cancel by entering your reservation code and your email. If you do so correctly, you will receive an email confirming your cancellation. Please contact us if you do not receive it.
